Standard Cleaning Service Our Standard Cleaning Service is designed to keep your home clean, fresh, and well-maintained. This service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitizing, kitchen cleaning, trash removal, and general tidying of living spaces, helping maintain a comfortable and healthy environment. Cancellation Policy
Top Quality Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy At Top Quality Cleaning Services, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least **24 hours' notice** before your scheduled cleaning. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with **less than 24 hours' notice** may be subject to a **cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost**. * Same-day cancellations may be charged the full cancellation fee at our discretion, especially if our cleaning team has already been dispatched. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or no one is available to provide entry as previously arranged, the appointment will be considered a **no-show**. No-show appointments may incur a charge of **up to 100% of the scheduled service price**. Lockouts & Access Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays of more than **30 minutes** without communication may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may be subject to cancellation fees. Recurring Services Recurring clients may skip or reschedule a cleaning with at least **24 hours' notice**. Multiple last-minute cancellations or frequent schedule changes may result in the loss of recurring service priority. Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. We may waive cancellation fees for genuine emergencies at our sole discretion. Refunds Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued according to this policy.
