Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of up to 100% of the service cost may apply. We understand emergencies happen and may waive fees at our discretion.
