Service Description
**Booking Deposit Notice** Please note that the amount paid at booking is a **deposit to reserve your scheduled cleaning appointment** and does **not represent the final cost of your service**. Your final service price will be determined after reviewing several factors, including the **size of the property (square footage), current condition of the space, level of cleaning required, number of rooms, time needed to complete the service, and any additional requests or add-on services selected**. Once we have gathered all necessary details, we will provide you with a final quote or updated service Throughout the Entire Home - Ceilings & Walls: Removing cobwebs and spot-cleaning smudges or fingerprints. - Fixtures & Vents: Dusting light fixtures, lampshades, ceiling fans, and washing HVAC vent covers. - Doors & Trim: Hand-washing doors, doorframes, and baseboards to remove scuff marks. - Windows: Cleaning interior glass, vacuuming window tracks, and wiping down sills and ledges. - High-Touch Points: Disinfecting light switches, doorknobs, outlet covers, and cabinet handles. -Floors: Vacuuming all carpets (including under accessible furniture), and mopping or hand-washing hard flooring The Kitchen - Appliances (Inside & Out): Scrubbing the oven interior, degreasing the range hood and filter, and deep-cleaning inside and outside the microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. - Surfaces: Scrubbing and sanitizing countertops and backsplashes. - Sinks & Hardware: Thoroughly disinfecting the sink basin and polishing faucets to remove hard water stains or limescale. - Cabinetry: Wiping down the exterior and interior of cabinets and drawers. Bathrooms - Showers & Tubs: Scrubbing tiles, grout lines, and glass doors to remove stubborn soap scum and mildew. - Toilets: Disinfecting the inside of the bowl, base, tank, and behind the toilet seat. - Vanity: Cleaning mirrors, scrubbing the sink, and wiping down the inside and outside of vanity cabinets. Bedrooms & Living Areas - Furniture: Vacuuming upholstered furniture, including beneath cushions. - Closets: Dusting shelving and wiping down closet doors and tracks. Cancellation Policy
Top Quality Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy At Top Quality Cleaning Services, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least **24 hours' notice** before your scheduled cleaning. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with **less than 24 hours' notice** may be subject to a **cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost**. * Same-day cancellations may be charged the full cancellation fee at our discretion, especially if our cleaning team has already been dispatched. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or no one is available to provide entry as previously arranged, the appointment will be considered a **no-show**. No-show appointments may incur a charge of **up to 100% of the scheduled service price**. Lockouts & Access Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays of more than **30 minutes** without communication may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may be subject to cancellation fees. ## Recurring Services Recurring clients may skip or reschedule a cleaning with at least **24 hours' notice**. Multiple last-minute cancellations or frequent schedule changes may result in the loss of recurring service priority. Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. We may waive cancellation fees for genuine emergencies at our sole discretion. ## Refunds Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued according to this policy.
