Cancellation Policy
To ensure Top Quality service for all our clients, please review our scheduling and cancellation terms below.
Notice Period
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or 'no-shows' will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Key & Lockout Policy
In the event that our cleaning professionals are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and the full service fee will apply.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. One-time exceptions may be made at management's discretion for genuine unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled cleaning.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same-day cancellations may be charged the full cancellation fee at our discretion, especially if our cleaning team has already been dispatched.
