Cancellation Policy

To ensure Top Quality service for all our clients, please review our scheduling and cancellation terms below.

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or 'no-shows' will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Key & Lockout Policy

In the event that our cleaning professionals are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and the full service fee will apply.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. One-time exceptions may be made at management's discretion for genuine unforeseen circumstances.

At Top Quality Cleaning Services, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled cleaning.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged the full cancellation fee at our discretion, especially if our cleaning team has already been dispatched.
     

No-Show Policy
 

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or no one is available to provide entry as previously arranged, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may incur a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
 

Lockouts & Access
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays of more than 30 minutes without communication may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may be subject to cancellation fees.
 

Recurring Services
 

Recurring clients may skip or reschedule a cleaning with at least 24 hours' notice. Multiple last-minute cancellations or frequent schedule changes may result in the loss of recurring service priority.
 

Emergency Situations
 

We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. We may waive cancellation fees for genuine emergencies at our sole discretion.
 

Refunds
 

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued according to this policy.
